The Assignment
- Role: Temporary Senior Property Manager / Property Manager
- Duration: From 26th September- ongoing while recruiting permanent staff
- Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (flexible; part time considered)
- Software: Property Tree
- Portfolio size: 176 properties
- Support: Team leader, assistant, and additional staff who know the portfolio well
- Duties: Owner communication, final inspections, bond processing, complex maintenance management
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year property management experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end PM tasks and processes
- Confident handling higher-level matters such as finals, bonds, and complex maintenance issues
- Client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
