Role
Front of House Manager
The Front of House Manager leads the crew, supports team members, and ensures guests receive exceptional service and good value for money. This role involves guiding staff to prepare and serve high-quality food and creating feel-good customer experiences through every interaction. The Front of House Manager also helps maintain the store and contributes to continuous improvement of the business.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise front-of-house team members with clear direction, coaching and support.
* Provide exceptional guest service and ensure value for money in every interaction.
* Maintain store standards and contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
* Delegate tasks effectively and manage workloads to achieve team goals.
* Handle guest feedback and respond empathetically to concerns and requirements.
Qualifications
* Prior leadership experience is required.
* Ability to lead and delegate tasks to others while remaining empathetic to guest needs.
* Understanding of the hospitality industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Passion for food, results-driven, and capable of leading people and performance in a fast-paced environment.
