Painter and Decorator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team in Ravenhall, Victoria. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of 75k to 80k plus superannuation per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
* Painting Services: Provide high-quality painting services, including surface preparation, mixing, and matching paint colours.
* Decorative Coatings: Apply protective and decorative coats of paint, varnish, and other related materials to achieve a professional finish.
* Surface Preparation: Wash, scrape, sand, and/or smooth interior and exterior surfaces prior to painting.
Requirements:
* A Certificate Level IV in Painting and Decorating or equivalent trade qualification.
* At least one year of experience in the trade.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* The ability to work at heights and handle hazardous materials safely.
