Where you'll be working
Join the Eastlakes Community Nursing team and spend your days caring for people across the beautiful East Lake Macquarie area.

It's a role that lets you step outside the hospital walls and make a real difference in the places people feel most comfortable.
The vibe here is super supportive, grounded in teamwork, shared learning and the CORE values we actually live by.
About the Role
As a Community Enrolled Nurse, your days are hands‑on, varied and genuinely rewarding.
You might be doing wound care, compression bandaging, continence support, or walking alongside clients and families through palliative care moments.
You'll visit homes, run clinic appointments, hand over to RNs and help connect people with the services they need.
It's a mix of practical skill, clinical judgement and relationship building that keeps things interesting and meaningful.
About You
You're a compassionate, organised EN who loves the mix of independence and teamwork that community nursing brings.
You're confident with wound, continence and medication management, you communicate clearly and you're all about person‑centred care.
Most importantly, you bring curiosity, kindness and a genuine commitment to learning.
How We'll Support You
You'll have a warm and thorough orientation, plenty of guidance from mentors, nurse practitioners and clinical nurse specialists, plus ongoing education delivered both face‑to‑face and online.
We'll make sure you feel settled, supported and ready to thrive in a role that's all about caring for people where they live and feel most at ease.
