We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Retail Design & Sales Team, based at our Mandurah branch. This role combines customer engagement, design consulting and hands-on retail responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Using our Stratco Design programs you will support and guide customers through our selection, design and sales process
Provide exceptional customer service and develop solutions that meet our customers' needs
Work closely with the Store Manager and State Retail Manager to develop your technical and product-based knowledge
Undertake a robust learning and development program to support your professional development
Take pride in your store, participating with the inventory team to always be in stock
Contribute to the Stratco "Return Home Safe" program of building safety into everyday activities

Previous retail and/or building industry experience preferred

Forklift license or willingness to obtain
