Job Description
We are seeking a professional to provide services in the hardware and gardening departments. The ideal candidate will work with products across Dulux, Selleys, Yates and Cabots to grow and win in the marketplace.
The role is focused on delivering visual merchandising services aligned to specific service level agreements and supporting in-store projects. The successful applicant will be an ambassador for our business and build strong relationships with both Bunnings and DuluxGroup teams.
This is an autonomous role, where you will play a key part in enabling sales teams to execute their roles, support their in-store strategies and provide the best possible shopping experience for consumers.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining key customer relationships, ordering, merchandising and stock presentation, maintaining in-store displays, ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly, and assisting with major planogram initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Prior sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware
* Self-motivation with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A valid driver's license and own vehicle
* Sound computer skills
* Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative

Work Environment
This is a casual role, so days will vary (including weekends at times). There may also be opportunities for more hours across different business areas, and you'll assist with holiday and sick leave cover when needed.
