They are now seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to join their team. In this role, you will take ownership of managing a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality tax compliance and business advisory services, and building strong professional relationships. You will collaborate closely with Principals and Managers to deliver strategic value, prepare financial statements, monitor KPIs, provide tax advice and identify opportunities to improve client business performance. Leadership and mentoring will also be central to your role, as you guide junior and intermediate staff in their professional development. To succeed, you will bring at least 5 years’ Australian professional practice experience, CA/CPA/IPA qualifications (or progression towards), excellent technical knowledge of current tax legislation and strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in Handisoft, MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero and Microsoft Office will also be highly regarded.
