We're seeking a dedicated and hands-on HR Advisorto join a leading Civil Mining company based in Perth on a FIFO Contract.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you'll be the go-to person for staff and leaders on site across regional WA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and deliver HR reporting to support workforce decisions
* Support demobilisation and smooth employee transitions
* Coordinate re-deployment across projects and teams
* Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and close-outs
* Work across workflows to ensure coverage of vacant roles
* Participate in weekly demob meetings and drive redeployment solutions
* Provide clear communication to stakeholders throughout workforce changes
* Support planning to keep projects and teams running smoothly
About You:
* Proven experience in a HR Advisor role
* 2/3 years in an on site Civil/Mining HR role
* Strong employee relations capability
* Confident advising leaders and handling sensitive matters
* Able to hit the ground running
