Job Overview
This role involves providing timely, accurate and thorough information in response to customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, both face-to-face and via technology, to resolve queries and provide support as needed.
They will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, inspecting and investigating customer complaints, and repacking freight according to customer requirements.

* Data Entry Accuracy – Fast and accurate data input into systems
* Time Management – Ability to manage daily admin tasks efficiently alongside operational duties
* Microsoft Excel / Spreadsheet Proficiency – Creating and managing reports
* Reporting & Documentation – Maintaining accurate records and generating required reports
