The Role
As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for managing the flow of traffic around worksites, ensuring the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians. This is a dynamic role that requires alertness, great communication, and a safety first mindset.

* Rate: $40.00 per hour + Superannuation.
* Plus: Applicable industry allowances.

Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
* White Card (General Construction Induction).
* TCTM1 (Minimum) - TCTM2 is highly preferred.
* Current Driver's Licence and a reliable form of transport to get to various sites.
* Physical Fitness: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular Drug & Alcohol (D&A) testing.
* Attitude: A positive, team-player approach and a high level of reliability.
Bonus Points: A current TasNetworks Induction is considered a significant advantage.
