**About the School**: Located in Kelvin Grove Urban Village, QACI is a 7-storey campus that caters for students in Year 10 to 12. Our extended education community provides an inclusive and supportive environment for all students, and recognises and rewards individual and collaborative achievement.About the Roles: Both roles will be providing wellbeing support, first aid, student data management and general reception duties.
**Responsibilities may include**:
- Working with students who require Guidance Officer support to assess student needs, triage students accordingly, provide de-escalating strategies and monitor students requiring support.
- Providing First Aid care to students who present to Corporate Services reception.
- Stocktaking, maintaining and purchasing First Aid supplies across campus.
- Liaising with parents in regards to Health Management Plans, Action Plans.
- Dispensing medication to students as required.
- Liaising with State Schools Nursing Service to access additional support in development of Health Plans as required.
- Providing feedback to Year level teams about specific trends and patterns in students accessing support.
- Developing rapport and expressing empathy for all stakeholders in the continued wellbeing support of students.
- General reception duties.
