What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire a high-energy team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Drive store performance by hitting targets and creating exceptional shopping experiences
* Manage daily operations – from stock and safety to visual merchandising and rostering
* Coach and develop your team – growing talent and fostering a positive team culture
* Problem-solve on the fly – keeping things running smoothly no matter what the day throws at you
* Champion a safe and fun environment for both your team and customers

* Previous experience leading a retail team in a high-volume environment
