General Manager – TEAMS (VIC)
The General Manager – TEAMS is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of SEG's two basketball teams and one netball team. Working closely with each General Manager, this role oversees strategic plans and implementation, high‐performance recruitment, club budgets, customer fan build and drives community engagement. The GM provides visionary leadership to strengthen the teams' competitive position utilising the SEN business, enhance brand reputation, and deliver long‐term growth and sustainability.
