With offices in key jurisdictions around the world, this is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious firm renowned for serving the world's top hedge fund managers, private equity firms, and corporations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Investment Funds team in the Cayman Islands, advising on a diverse range of asset classes, including distressed situation funds, private debt, credit funds, hedge funds, and bespoke structures.
You'll contribute to a growing practice, handling high-quality matters while being supported by a highly successful and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities Advise global clients on structuring, establishing, and operating fund products.
Review transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective across various structures and jurisdictions.
Prepare, draft, and negotiate fund documentation and agreements.
Manage transactions end-to-end with efficiency and precision.
Engage with domestic and international clients, building strong relationships.
Participate in business development, promoting the firm and identifying opportunities for new work and cross-selling.
Collaborate within a team, supervising junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and expertise.
What You Bring 3-6 years' PQE in investment funds, ideally from a top-tier law firm.
Strong academic background with exceptional written communication and drafting skills.
Outstanding technical expertise and a client-focused approach.
Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues, thriving in a team environment.
Proven organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward business development.
