Recruitment Manager: Lead a High-Performing Team

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our high-performing team and drive continued growth.
The Role:
This is a full-time role for a driven and results-oriented multifaceted leader. You will be responsible for strategic talent acquisition, client relationship management, leading business development initiatives, and managing a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
Direct a team of recruitment professionals, overseeing strategic recruitment planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
Develop and maintain innovative sourcing strategies to re-engage lapsed clients, increase new client wins and strengthen applicant pipelines - Our database spans over 20 years.
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with the team.
Negotiate rates and terms for mutually beneficial outcomes.
Manage and maintain tender bids and ISO accreditations.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibility for workplace, health & safety policies & procedures both internally and externally & Operate in accordance with current legal regulations and policies.
Manage and lead the day to day operations of the business including marketing, advertising, social media reach, oversee the weekly payroll process and database management (Jobadder).
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
Proven Agency Recruitment Management experience with 5 years plus in a similar role.
Professional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation.
Possess a positive attitude and be driven to boost productivity and successful outcomes.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to manage a multifaceted client base of Blue/White and Executive Recruitment activities.
