Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Painter & Decorator with 8–10+ years of professional experience, capable of delivering finishes to luxury construction standards.

This role is specifically for high-end architectural builds requiring advanced coating systems and precision craftsmanship.
Luxury homes demand:
* Extremely high surface flatness standards
* Precise multi-layer coating application
* Flawless finishes under strong natural and artificial lighting
* Strict quality control to minimise rectification costs

Key Technical Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate proven experience in:
✓ Multi-layer coating systems (primer, sealer, intermediate and top coats)
✓ Commercial-grade airless spray application
✓ Level 4–5 plasterboard finishing, fine stopping and detailed surface preparation
✓ High-build exterior elastomeric coating systems
✓ Low-VOC (low volatile organic compound) premium paint systems
✓ Structured multi-layer texture coating applications
✓ Fine ceiling and custom joinery spray finishing
✓ Moisture-resistant systems for wet areas
✓ Working in accordance with architectural finish schedules

Ideal Candidate Experience
* 8–10+ years of painting & decorating experience
* Experience in luxury residential or large-scale commercial projects
* Ability to deliver flawless finishes in open-plan, high-light exposure environments
* Strong coordination with plasterers, carpenters and site supervisors
* Understanding of premium brand delivery standards
* Commitment to long-term full-time employment (not short-term subcontract work)
