Job Overview

A dedicated Procurement and Contracts Officer will be responsible for driving the delivery of procurement and contract outcomes for our organization. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a skilled team of professionals who are passionate about achieving positive results.

* Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and tracking of procurement activity and contracts.
* Provide proactive administrative and operational support daily by monitoring procurement activity in the mailbox.
* Maintain records, reports, databases, and audit documents to ensure compliance with records management requirements and policies.


About You

* Demonstrated experience working with Financial Management Information Systems.
* High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite programs.
* Well-developed communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
* Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external entities to achieve service delivery outcomes.
