About the role
Clinical Governance and Innovation (CGI) is responsible for clinical governance, evaluation, and rehabilitation and reintegration projects, under Rehabilitation and Reintegration, Offender Services.
This is a new position, designed to oversee the Departments' Family and Domestic Violence portfolio for the Rehabilitation and Reintegration branch and supports clinical practices to meet current State and National standards for Family and Domestic Violence intervention.
This role contributes to continuous improvement, the operationalisation of legislation, new initiatives, and practice standards in the field of Family and Domestic Violence. It also contributes to the development and delivery of contemporary evidence-based training for Departmental staff in respect to family and domestic violence. The position represents the Department and facilitates a number of internal and external working parties.
