Opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join our internal IT team in this newly created opportunity based in Adelaide.

We currently have an opportunity available for a full time IT Support Analyst to join our growing business.
Reporting to the IT Support Lead and working on the very latest technology, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT hardware, systems and software to enable end users to accomplish business tasks.
Key responsibilities
* Prioritise, manage and promptly resolve support issues within SLA requirements.
* Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with end users.
* Analyse resolutions and trends for ways to prevent future problems.
* Publish knowledge articles for user self-help.
* Order, build and deliver end user devices ready for use within required time frames.
* Complete IT related onboarding tasks for new staff members.
* Streamline and automate repetitive support tasks.
* Support the deployment of new systems and updates to existing systems.
* Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
* Identify and mitigate technical risk, escalating high risk items to management.
* Adhere to our internal processes and delivery methods.
Essential skills and experience
* 2+ years experience working in a Service Desk support role
* Experience providing support in a Windows based environment: ActiveDirectory, Windows 10/11, Office Suite, Office 365
* Experience working with ticketing systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Demonstrate logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service.
Key requirements
* Qualifications in IT or related study
* Must be an Australian Citizen with ability to obtain a defence clearance if required.
