The role of Construction Supervisor is pivotal in managing trades, establishing a reliable trade base and building relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
As the site supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork and other administrative tasks.
* Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing trades, ensuring adherence to correct building practices and procedures at all times.
* You will also be responsible for enforcing OH&S regulations, delivering quality results and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience supervising residential home builds, construction experience or a strong trade background.
* A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
* Completed the General Construction Induction Course/White Card.
* A valid driver's license.
* Strong project management skills and effective communication skills.
