ELECTRICIAN FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR - Hamilton Island
As an Electrician Foreman / Supervisor, you'll lead a team of Electricians and Leading Hands, overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works across Hamilton Island.

Where you'll make an impact
* Lead and supervise the electrical team, driving a culture of safety, compliance and teamwork
* Manage day‑to‑day electrical operations, including maintenance, installations and emergency works
* Maintain and repair systems across accommodation, resort venues, commercial kitchens, motors, pumps and AV
* Prioritise urgent guest‑related repairs to ensure comfort and safety
* Monitor team performance, approve timesheets and prepare work rosters
* Ensure accurate recordkeeping of materials, hours and maintenance reporting
* Support other trades and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to meet operational needs
* Communicate clearly with stakeholders and your team through regular meetings and briefings
What we're looking for
You're an experienced electrician who leads by example, with a focus on quality, compliance and collaboration. You're ready to step up into a supervisory role in a location that offers more than just a job.
To be successful, you'll need
* QLD Electrical Work Licence - Electrical Mechanic (Essential)
* Minimum 2 years' full‑time trade experience
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience
* Current CPR and LVR certification
* QLD open/unrestricted driver's licence
