What You'll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact, delivering warm welcomes and lasting first impressions
Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and payments using our digital systems
Keep reception areas tidy, professional, and inviting
Assist with customer feedback and help resolve issues with a smile
Support daily admin tasks that keep our centres running like clockwork
Who We're Looking For

Experience in a fast-paced customer service or reception environment
Great communication and conflict resolution skills
Confidence using POS systems and handling transactions
A calm, organised, and solutions-focused approach

Interview date:Interviews will be facilitated within two weeks of the position closing.
Package:From$58,545 gross p.a.(full time equivalent) plus 12% superannuation. Salary will be paid pro rata to the part time hours worked.
Hours of work:Permanent part time opportunity available working up to 20 hours per week across a 7 day spread of hours. There is a requirement to work at least 1 weekend shift per week.
