About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Inspection Officer to join our team on a casual basis, working weekends to conduct rental open homes, sales open homes and property inspections. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the real estate industry or supplement their weekday commitments with weekend work.

Essential Requirements
* Valid NSW Driver's Licence
* Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) issued by NSW Fair Trading
* Availability to work Saturdays
* Access to reliable transport

* Previous experience in real estate or property management
* Customer service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of local area

Key Responsibilities
As our Weekend Inspection Officer, your duties will include:
Open Homes:
* Conducting weekend rental and sale property inspections for prospective tenants and buyers
* Opening and securing properties at scheduled times
* Presenting properties in a professional and welcoming manner
* Providing information about property features
* Answering questions from potential tenants and buyers
* Collecting and recording attendee details and contact information
* Ensuring properties are left secure after inspections
General Support:
* Assisting with the preparation of properties prior to open homes
* Taking photos and notes on property condition where required
* Liaising with senior staff regarding inspection feedback
Administrative Tasks:
* Maintaining accurate records of all inspections and attendees
* Reporting any property maintenance issues or concerns
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
