We encourage anyonewithasset management, operations or transformation / change experience across variety of industries, such asmining, energy and resources and transportation to apply.You are someone with:2+ years exposure and experience having worked in Asset Intensive industries (preferably Mining), with a strong focus on Maintenance and Asset Management practicesStrong Operational Mining Maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical or reliability engineeringDeveloped analytical skills (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents etc.) with a track record for solving complex problems and the ability to exercise mature judgementProficiency in CMMS Software (SAP)Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clientsCuriosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideasStrong sense of team and passion to develop others as well as selfSpecific experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable:Operations improvement, reliability Improvement, transformation or implementation/delivery background in Mining, Energy and Resources or similar sectorsExperience in the use of structured consulting approaches / frameworksAn understanding of digital technologies and data analytics, and how these are applied to optimise business outcomes.At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work.
