You'll work across product marketing, sales enablement, and account-based campaigns to help us drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.If you love turning technical features into real-world value, running creative growth experiments, and building marketing from the ground up, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct MarketingDeeply understand our customers, who they are, what they need, and what makes them tickCraft positioning and messaging that's clear, compelling, and built around real-world outcomesLaunch new features and updates with impact and clarityCreate sales and marketing assets like one-pagers, decks, landing pages, case studies, and moreGrowth and ABMPlan and run campaigns targeting our highest-value accounts across Australia and the APAC regionDeliver tailored content, digital experiences, and outreach that speak to decision-makersCollaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align efforts and close the loopExperiment with paid channels, outbound, content, and events to drive pipeline and conversionExecution and OpsHand on experience creating visuals and graphicsExperience running SEO, SEM and Social Campaigns and tracking ROIMeasure what works by tracking campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROIOwn and manage marketing tools and workflows such as CRM, email, and analyticsBring a test-and-learn mindset to every project and campaignWhat We're Looking For4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, especially in product marketing, growth, or ABMStrong understanding of technical products or industries with complex buyersConfident writing and communication skills with a natural sense for storytellingProven ability to run multi-channel campaigns from idea to executionComfortable working independently in a remote-first startup environmentBased in Australia (work remotely) with occasional travel for customer events or team offsitesBonus PointsExperience in construction, SaaS, or field-based industriesFamiliar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Figma, Framer.Startup or scale-up backgroundKiller instincts for growth, especially in ABM, PLG, or hybrid modelsBased in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane (preferred as a remote location)Why Join Plexa?
