The successful candidate will lead a multi-site kitchen facility, using collective team and equipment resources efficiently to meet the needs of respective food outlets. This role involves demonstrating various culinary techniques, developing the culinary team, and meeting customer expectations.

* Monitor hygiene, health, and safety standards, adhering to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations.

Requirements
* Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
* Understanding and ability to execute Banquet and Catering events.
