We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team. As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will provide professional and customer service-focused generalist support to associates and management to ensure company compliance and achievement of company strategy.
Job Description:
The Employee Experience Coordinator will coordinate or support the preparation of EX documents, reporting and presentations. They will also promote effective use of HR systems and ensure they are up to date. The role involves supporting Onboarding & Offboarding processes, Recruitment & Onboarding, Policy, Procedures & Compliance, Project Support & Coordination, and Advice & Generalist Support (including WorkCover).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* HR experience within a dynamic and fast-paced office environment;
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline is an advantage;
* Well-developed knowledge of, and experience in the application of contemporary HR procedures and practices;
* Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously;
* High level of attention to detail;
* A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes and contribute to a team environment.
