What you need to be eligibility

To be eligible for our 2027 Graduate Program, you need to:

* have Graduated by the end of the 2026 academic year (offers will be subject to graduation and transcript verification)
* be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
* be prepared to commence full-time employment in February 2027 located within Melbourne
* hold a valid Australian driver's licence
* Suited to graduates from Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines, including those with capstone project experience, who are proactive, adaptable, socially confident, and motivated to guide people through change.

About the role

* Support end‐to‐end project delivery across engineering, construction, and business initiatives, coordinating tasks, managing timelines, assisting with budgeting/forecasting, and contributing to change‐management activities.
* Communicate confidently and transparently, sharing both good and bad news, engaging empathetically with stakeholders, and building strong internal and external relationships across multiple departments.
* Apply a well‐rounded skillset that balances interpersonal capability, assertiveness, and customer‐facing communication, particularly during site interactions, project meetings, and stakeholder consultations.
* Use analytical and organisational skills to support financial reporting, project documentation, risk tracking, and PowerPoint‐based project presentations, with opportunities for statewide site travel (driver's licence required).
