About the Role
We are seeking a driven and strategic professional to join our dynamic team in VIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales of waste management solutions across the South East region of Melbourne, managing the retention of current customers and driving profitable sales growth.
* Develop new business and ensure consistent growth of your portfolio and new customer acquisitions.
* Work with a diverse range of customers and industries, using your skills to drive growth and help them achieve their goals.
* Be autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system.
* Communicate effectively with customers, using PowerPoint, Word and Excel to engage and present solutions.
Requirements
* Experience in high volume B2B sales, preferably within the waste industry.
* Able to deeply understand how to best help customers, listening more than speaking and communicating in a friendly and consultative style.
* Skilled presenter, able to engage customers and use systems and resources to support success.
* Motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment.
