The Role: As our Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your cheerful demeanour, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will shine as you manage appointments, greet patients, answer enquiries, and ensure a seamless flow in our practice. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere for our patients
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and other administration functions
A friendly and approachable personality to make patients feel at ease
Proficient computer skills for managing electronic records and scheduling
Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus, but not mandatory
A team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues
Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience required
Intermediate computer proficiency including Microsoft Office suite for electronic records management
