Tricon Group is a medium sized business based at Wyong on the NSW Central Coast. We are currently looking for a Group Marketing Manager to look after our three growing brands including Tricon Equipment, Tricon Environmental and Recycled Concrete Products.
Our business is moving into a significant period of growth in its 20+year history and we are looking for someone to build and execute a marketing strategy, with this level of growth in mind.
As the Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Manage social media platforms and create engaging, on-brand content
* Developing and executing a marketing strategy, in partners.
* Supporting our sales team in their day-to-day activities.
* Developing meaningful relationships with our suppliers worldwide.
* All brand activities including signage, merchandise and collaterals.
* Events and sponsorship.
* Working with trade media to develop engaging advertising.
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channel
* Analyze campaign performance and report actionable insights
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and brand initiatives
* Identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
* Corporate social responsibility initiatives.
* Tenders and proposal development.
* Maintain listing health of all our products online.
* Tracking spend and marketing budget.
* Monthly reporting on success of marketing activities.
The following experience and education would be highly regarded:
* Minimum of 3-4 years of marketing experience in a similar role is required.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications.
* Essential proficiency required in all digital marketing tools including Google Ads, SEO, YouTube, and social media platforms.
This role is a full-time position.
