We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Assistant in Nursing to join our team at Freeman House.

About the Role
The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to residents and patients, promoting a safe and respectful environment for recovery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support daily living activities, including hygiene, meals, and mobility assistance
* Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the clinical team
* Assist with patient admissions and related documentation
* Administer medications under supervision
* Provide emotional support and reassurance
* Maintain accurate records and safety protocols
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* AHPRA registration or completion of an AIN program
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Knowledge of infection control and safe work practices
* Basic computer skills
