Job Title: Member and Community Engagement Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Member and Community Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Director and the North West team to build and support strong, vibrant, and connected membership teams across the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Conferences, Regional Councils, and local community partners.
* Support Local Problem-Solving: Collaborate with members and staff to identify and address local issues, foster engagement among members, and drive solutions that benefit the community.
* Drive Membership Growth: Support attraction, retention, and engagement initiatives for members, ensuring a positive experience across the region.
* Coordinate Learning Opportunities: Deliver training and development activities for Conference leaders and members, focusing on shared learning and collaboration.
* Regional Engagement: Facilitate regional events and training sessions to strengthen connections, promote knowledge sharing, and enhance collective effectiveness.
* Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data and use reporting tools to track and communicate member and community engagement outcomes, informing decision-making and strategic planning.
* Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure safe, compliant, and effective practices across all member engagement activities, maintaining high standards of integrity and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups.
* Experience with business applications, systems, and processes, along with excellent administrative and time-management skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in human services, human resources, or a related field.
* Ability to manage conflict, solve problems, foster collaboration, and drive positive change.
* Experience analyzing data to inform reporting and decision-making.
