About the Role
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to leadership and staff, providing hands‐on HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You'll bring a balanced approach of professionalism and empathy, helping to foster a supportive and engaged workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters.
* Lead performance management processes with a coaching‐focused approach.
* Manage end‐to‐end recruitment and onboarding/induction programs.
* Support leaders with HR best practice and policy implementation.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative and values‐driven school environment.

* Proven experience in a generalist HR role at a senior advisor level.
* Strong working knowledge of employee and industrial relations.
* Confident managing performance conversations with care and integrity.
* Passion for education, community engagement, and people development.
