This is a busy 47-bed ward. You will have the opportunity to care for patients from a variety of specialities: Cardiac, Surgical, Medical, and Rehabilitation. We would like nurses who have 2-3 years' experience and are looking to work somewhere positive and supportive, with a strong focus on education. If you are someone who strives to deliver quality health care in a consumer-focused environment, please forward your application.Skills and ExperienceRelevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years in a nursing role essential.Previous experience working in a surgical/medical ward.Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate care delivery needs of patients.Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.RemunerationOn offer is a base hourly rate of $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
