Residential Kalgoorlie-Boulder
12-hour shifts

The Role
Reporting to theSenior Mining Engineer, you'll focus on three core responsibilities:
Produce weekly underground schedulesaligned to monthly and quarterly plans
Provide Drill & Blast and production instructions, overseeing QA/QC for accuracy and safety
Lead improvement projects and mentor junior engineers, driving performance uplift across the team
Experience Requirements
Minimum1+ year undergroundexperience for entry level band, generous negotiable rates with more experience
Coal experience acceptableif accompanying strong tenure, experience and qualifications
Deswik capability(design and plan interpretation)
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering
Manual WA C-Class driver's licence
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Desirable:St John's Senior First Aid + WHS Act familiarity
Salary & Benefits
$137,000 - $150,000 base + STI + LTI
