Your ability to build strong relationships in a B2B environment within the residential building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role.
Having a passion for outstanding customer service will result in delivering the required sales targets and KPI's whilst adding real value to our customers.You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with proven results in driving sales growth in a target driven environment.About YouConsistently achieve sales, margin and product mix targetsAbility to attract new customers in addition to growing existing businessAnalysis of sales and customer data to identify new opportunitiesEffective management of a diverse Builder centric customer baseDevelopment and implementation of sales plan and initiativesResponsible for communicating and representing both the Hardings/Hudsons and wider TTHG brands to key industry stakeholders through sales meetings, training and industry events.What You Will Bring To The RoleA strong ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making.A comprehensive understanding and previous experience in the building industry with a focus on FOW Plumbing, Appliances, cladding and hardware products.Previous experience in a similar sales role.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
