**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Sales Manager, Victoria, will drive and build a Victorian sales team. Reporting through to the Branch Manager, the opportunity allows an established forwarding sales manager to develop their own team while responsible for BDM, Sales Support and KAM.
**DUTIES**
- Develop and drive sales activity through a strong pipeline and productivity
- Nurture existing and develop new verticals for the business to target
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure service offerings are deliverable
- Manage the Commercial team of 5.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 5+ years' of hands-on selling freight forwarding in the Australian market
- Previous experience leading a commercial team essential
- Ability to demonstrate selling experience within the market
- Ambitious to help drive the commercial vision of the business
