We are seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our team in providing life-changing therapy to individuals with disabilities.
About the Role
In this role, you will work in diverse settings such as homes, schools, and community centers, utilizing assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
* You will work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioral challenges and develop meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
* Your expertise in positive behavior support will drive positive change for individuals with disabilities, and you will have the opportunity to tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

Requirements
* A relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Master's, or Graduate Diploma) and relevant registration.
* A minimum of 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, with a positive and flexible approach to work.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
* A valid Australian driver's license and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
