Our valued State Government client is seeking an AO3 Business Support Officer with Accounts Payable experience to join their team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support and assist with a range of operational and financial tasks to support service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide reception coverage, including managing mail, packages and phone calls
* Assist with fleet administration including vehicle bookings, logbook checks, fuel invoice reconciliation and odometer updates
* Maintain and record files using Content Manager
* Perform spare computer updates and other ad-hoc administrative duties
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
* Provide general administrative support to the team

Mandatory Requirements
* Accounts Payable experience, including coding invoices using chart of accounts and job numbers
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Highly Desirable
* Customer service or stakeholder engagement experience
* Understanding of asset management or project lifecycles
* Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
* Strong organisational skills and reliability
