Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Our client is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment.
About the role
The Business Intelligence Analyst will focus on collaborating with key business areas in the development and implementation of consumable reports and analytics to address key risks and emerging trends.
1. Undertaking data analytics and reporting, producing reports, interpreting data, and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.
2. Extracting and presenting data in Microsoft Excel and result comparison chart formats.
3. Developing and implementing data collection systems and strategies to optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.
4. Preparing and presenting business intelligence reports to various stakeholders.
5. Coordinating branch reporting requirements to monitor and track improvement outcomes.
6. Undertaking quality assurance processes, including sample audit programs, quality trend analysis, and outcomes analysis.
7. Implementing and managing processes and systems to track branch and partner performance and achieve desired results.
About you
* Previous experience in project management or similar roles within large organisations.
* Ability to use data to derive insights and recommendations for performance improvements.
* Data visualisation skills that translate complex data into key messages.
* Ability to interpret data in the context of business operations and priorities.
* Experience with data analytics, reporting, and tools such as Salesforce, SAS, and Microsoft Excel.
* Developing and implementing data collection strategies to optimise data quality.
* Preparing and presenting business intelligence reports to stakeholders.
* Coordinating reporting requirements and undertaking quality assurance processes.
* Working with internal stakeholders to understand data needs.
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SAS.
Benefits

* $55.24 per hour + superannuation.
