What you need
* 3+ years of relevant experience post trade
* Australian Trade certificate is needed
* Open to Australian residents only
* Australian HR class driver's license - desirable
* Great understanding of Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
* Experience on the following machines desirable
o Terex MT4400
o Terex RH400
o CAT Ancillary
* Installation, maintenance and repair of machinery and vehicles, equipment and associated control devices.
* Differentiate between unserviceable parts and components that are able to be reused without the likelihood of premature failure.
* Keep equipment cleaned, lubricated and maintained.
* Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts.
* Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that the work done meets manufacturers' specifications.
* Service and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and the electrical and electronic systems in heavy equipment.
* Use computers to seek service and parts information and download information from on-board computers in heavy machinery.
* Diagnose, repair and maintain equipment, such as excavators, loaders, dozers, dump trucks.
* Diagnose, repair and maintain diesel engines used in power generation, and light vehicles
* Detect mechanical and electrical faults by using gauges, instruments and laptop computers that check machine electrical and electronic circuitry, fuel injection systems, hydraulic systems, engine speed control, engine condition
