The Opportunity
An experienced Project Manager is required to join a high-performing project delivery team responsible for implementing technology change initiatives with defined lifecycles. The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee ICT project delivery within a managed services environment, working across multiple stakeholders and contributing to larger programs of work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage ICT projects including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
* Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery of integrated activities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal business areas
* Identify, analyse, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
* Prepare implementation and stakeholder communication plans
* Promote project management best practices and mentor staff
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Required Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory migration projects in medium to large organisations
* Strong knowledge of M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
* Experience with AD environments including on-premises, hybrid, and Azure AD
* Experience using migration tools such as FastTrack, Quest Migration Manager, or MigrationWiz
* Knowledge of identity and access management concepts including SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies
* Proven ability to communicate, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Demonstrated project management delivery experience including planning and operational oversight
* Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
