We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Professional to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Front Office Duties:
o Process guest check-ins and check-outs using advanced software systems.
o Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or other communication channels.
o Manage financial transactions and process payments with precision.
o Support kiosk and tour desk operations as required.
* Customer Service Delivery:
o Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and approach.
o Resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
o Promote services and products to guests with enthusiasm and knowledge.
o Evaluate and enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in front office/reception or customer service roles is essential.
* Familiarity with cash handling procedures and electronic payment systems is mandatory.
* Able to operate reservation software (RMS/Newbook) or demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
* Exceptional communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
* Able to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload efficiently.
