Our client is a specialist advisory and services firm focused on helping large enterprises strengthen cyber resilience, modernize critical infrastructure, and protect data in increasingly complex hybrid environments. The organization works closely with security and technology leaders across highly regulated industries, delivering consulting, managed services, and transformation programs that address evolving cyber threats, regulatory pressures, and operational risk.

Known for its deep technical expertise, executive-level advisory capability, and pragmatic delivery model, the firm partners with enterprise customers to design and implement security-led infrastructure strategies that improve resilience, operational performance, and long-term risk posture.

We are seeking a Consulting Sales Executive to lead strategic services engagements that help organizations strengthen cyber resilience and operational security.

In this role, you will work directly with CISOs, Heads of Information Security, CIOs, and other senior technology leaders to shape and deliver consulting, managed services, and transformation programs that address enterprise cyber risk and secure critical infrastructure environments.

This position requires a consultative sales leader who can engage senior stakeholders, understand complex security challenges, and develop tailored solutions that align technology capabilities with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, develop, and close opportunities focused on cyber resilience, secure infrastructure, data protection, and security transformation services.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consulting and services engagements within enterprise security and infrastructure environments.
* Engage with CISOs, CIOs, and senior security stakeholders to understand threat exposure, risk posture, and regulatory requirements.
* Translate complex customer challenges into strategic consulting and services solutions aligned with enterprise risk and security objectives.
* Develop compelling security-led proposals, presentations, and solution strategies that demonstrate measurable risk reduction and operational improvement.
* Identify capability gaps and collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver end-to-end cybersecurity and resilience solutions.
* Serve as a subject matter advisor on security and infrastructure services, supporting both internal teams and customer engagements.
* Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline visibility.
* Build trusted executive relationships across target accounts to drive long-term security transformation initiatives.
* Develop strategic account plans that support new business development and sustainable revenue growth.
* Coordinate internal specialists, architects, and delivery teams to drive complex consulting-led enterprise sales cycles.

Skills & Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing CISOs, Heads of Information Security, and senior technology executives.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity strategy, enterprise risk management, and secure infrastructure architectures.
* Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
* Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex consulting or managed services engagements.
* Strong commercial acumen including solution value articulation and financial modelling.
* Experience selling Cyber-centric consulting, managed services, or enterprise technology solutions.
* Awareness of current cyber threats, regulatory environments, and enterprise security trends.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying ahead of the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

This role offers a clear leadership trajectory. The successful candidate will play a central role in building the regional consulting sales capability, with the expectation that the position will evolve into a Vice President of Sales – APAC within 12–18 months as the business expands its presence across the region.
