What You'll Do:
* Oversee cost accounting for manufacturing operations and supply chain, ensuring accurate tracking of production costs, inventory and material usage
* Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
* Monitor and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and profitability
* Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations and internal controls
* Work closely with production and supply chain teams to streamline operations and reduce waste
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
* 3+ years of experience in Australian manufacturing
* Strengths in cost accounting, ideally in food, petfood or beverage manufacturing
* Power BI and advanced Excel skills – and a love of meaningful data analysis
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems
* Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying cost-saving opportunities
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
