* Assist with essential activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, grooming, and leisure activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
* Promote positive relationships between residents, relatives, and staff through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ensure duty of care is upheld by adhering to ethical practices and principles.
* Maintain effective interactions with residents, families, and friends in a supportive and professional manner.
