You will also maintain the accurate loading of data to all Bank systems, databases and repositories to ensure that we meet agreed settlement time frames.In this support role, you'll make your mark by:Booking of Discharge/Settlement Requests.Preparation of discharge documentation and organisation of discharge settlements.Calculation loan payout figures.Meet agreed productivity targets and ensure that output statistics are updated for reporting purposes.Maintain a high standard of service delivery ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with service standards.Deliver high quality communication in a professional manner with all related parties both internal and external.What you'll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, you will have:Proactive, innovative, and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
