The Role

With exciting levels of growth being experienced across the municipality, we are seeking a new team member to project manage and coordinate applications of a medium to less complex nature and other key developments across our established and growth areas. This vital position will contribute to shaping the future of our municipality and will play a key role in the continued and successful growth of the municipality.
Reporting to the Unit Manager Statutory Planning, you will manage exciting projects that shape the City, have a high level of customer service and an ability to build relationships to achieve facilitated and coordinated outcomes.
About you
You enjoy a dynamic working environment, are a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and take pride and ownership of your work. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications combined with demonstrated experience and understanding of planning and subdivision matters. You can build relationships with all stakeholders through timely, decisive and transparent communication to achieve efficient outcomes.
