Repair Coordinator - Insurance Building Sector
Our client, a leader in the Insurance Building Sector, is expanding and seeking to appoint a Repair Coordinator to join their growing team.
This full-time position plays a key role in managing the end-to-end coordination of insurance-related home repairs, while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners, insurers and trades.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the administrative and communication processes for a portfolio of insurance-related home repair projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between all stakeholders.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to support claim management and stakeholder communication.
Liaise with homeowners, insurers, loss adjusters and trades to ensure smooth project delivery while meeting internal and external KPIs.
Prepare and send clear, professional written and verbal correspondence.
Manage the end-to-end administration of the building repair claims process.
Process and lodge incoming claims through client-specific portals and/or email.
Update and maintain internal (Prime) and external databases with accurate documentation and progress notes.
Assist with accounts receivable/payable, including work orders.
Ensure compliance with company and insurer documentation standards.
Perform general data entry, office support and ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Participate in overtime as needed during peak periods.
About You
Proven customer service experience, ideally within the insurance, building or construction sector.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, can-do attitude.
High attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
Comfortable working across multiple systems in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience with Prime Ecosystem, insurance portals or building claim systems (highly regarded).
Prior experience coordinating or liaising with tradespeople is an advantage.
